Born From Two Worlds, Built for Flavor
TomTom's started with a simple question: what happens when you take the bright, bold flavors of Vietnamese street food and smash them together with the soul of American comfort cooking?
Founded by Chef Tommy Nguyen — a first-generation Vietnamese-American who grew up eating his grandmother's pho in one hand and a Texas BBQ brisket sandwich in the other — TomTom's is the restaurant he always wished existed.
Since opening our doors on South Congress in 2021, we've been serving Austin a menu that refuses to pick sides. Our Brisket Pho has 18-hour bone broth. Our Banh Mi comes on bread we bake in-house every morning. And our Fish Sauce Caramel Wings? Well, those speak for themselves.
